We hereby object to the use of contact details published under our statutory obligation in the Contact section of our website for sending advertising and information material that we have not expressly requested. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, for example by spam e-mails.

Contact form

If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we store your details from the form, including the contact details you provide there, in order to process your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on to anyone without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form therefore takes place either on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling your request (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation), or on the basis of the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures where your request relates to our contractual relationship (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

The data you enter in the contact form remains stored with us until your request has been dealt with, but no longer than 3 months, or until the relevant limitation periods applicable to our contractual relationship expire, where the purpose of the processing ceases to apply. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

Google Maps

This website uses the Google Maps mapping service via an API. It is provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To use the Google Maps features we do not require your location or your IP address. This information is not transferred to or stored on a Google server in the USA. We only enter destinations known to us, namely our own sites. The provider of this website has no influence on this data transfer.

We use Google Maps in the interest of an attractive presentation of our website and to make it easy to find the places we list. If cookies that are not strictly necessary for the operation of our website are stored on your device as part of the Google Maps service, we will ask for your consent before those cookies are stored; you can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
