Look at our completed projects in the area of production of electricity pylons and substations, crash barriers, as well as steel structures.
To demonstrate one of the many projects successfully completed in 2014, we would like to point out that we have manufactured poles for the 2x110 kV power line between Michalovce and Sobrance. The construction was divided into construction objects SO01 and SO02, number of supplied pylons was 89, weighing 441 t in total.
110/220 kV pylons build a line, which can be compared to veins and capillaries. There are more of them in the country and they are smaller. To demonstrate one of the many projects successfully completed in 2014, we would like to point out that we have manufactured pylons for 2x110 kV power line between Michalovce and Sobrance. We have delivered 89 pylons with a total weight of 441 tonnes.
In 2013 we produced pylons for 2x400 kV lines between the line crossing V409 and V071/072 and ES Voľa. The order consisted of 83 pylons, weighing 2180 tonnes. Antenna poles are delivered to many European countries. In the picture there is a pylon in Limoges, France, 226 m high. Our other antenna pylons are e.g. in Mokattam, Egypt, (height 150 m), in Mullaghanish, Republic of Ireland, (height 220 m) and many other places.
In 2017, we delivered pipe portals of 420kV and 132kV and pipe supports for Norwegian substation Hofstad in the amount total of 223 tons.
Between 2012 and 2014 we have manufactured and delivered steel structures for supporting distribution stations for the 420 / 132kV power line Orskog-Fardal in the total amount of 1271 tonnes.
For more than 12 years we have been manufacturing steel structures for distribution stations for countries all over the world. These structures may be seen in Canada, USA, Brazil, South Africa, Mongolia, China, India, Australia and others.
We manufacture various steel platforms for radar systems which are used in Svalbard and in northern regions of Canada. Deliveries to locations behind the Arctic Circle demand special materials and manufacturing requirements which we are able to fully comply with.
In 2017-2018, we delivered crash barrier systems for three sections of D1 highway in the total length of 40km and bridge crash barrier systems in the total length of 54km.
In 2007 - 2009 we supplied crash barriers for 10 sections of the then newly built D1 motorway. One of them was the sixteen-kilometre motorway section Važec - Mengusovce. See what intercepting security systems we installed there.
In 2015 we implemented a project to increase traffic safety on expressway R1 on the section from Trnava to Nitra. We assembled in total 120 km of Kremsbarier 2 crash barriers.
In 2009 we supplied Kremsbarier 1 security crash barriers for the newly built motorway D1 in section Jabloňov - Studene. In total 17 km of crash barriers were supplied.
