Our Kremsbarrier 1 guardrail and highway barrier systems manufactured under a austrian license are used to protect hundreds of kilometres of Czech and Slovak roads and highways.
We deliver one of the best crash barrier systems available on the Slovakian market, manufactured under a license of the austrian company called voestalpine Krems Finaltechnik GmbH. We deliver our crash barrier systems as turnkey projects including the actual installation at the particular road or highway.
During the last eight years we have installed our systems on hundreds of kilometres of Slovakian roads and highways. Look at our references.
Our crash barriers are constantly modernised and tested, in order to fulfill the most recent regulations and notices. Besides cars, we don't forget motorcyclists either.
All parts of the catch system are protected against corrosion and rust by hot-dip zinc coating in line with EN ISO 1461, which guarantees an extra long service life.
On road communications in accordance with Act No.133/2013 Coll., on construction products as amended by the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development of the Slovak Republic No. 558/2009, TP 1/2005 and TP2/2005 The Ministry of Transport, Construction and Regional Development of the Slovak Republic can use only approved crash barriers, fulfilling the following conditions:
in accordance with Act 133/2013 Coll. and regulation of the Ministry of Construction and Regional Development of the Slovak Republic No. 558/2009 Coll. have a conformity certificate in line with STN EN 1317-2
producer of crash barrier system processed technical manufacturer conditions and subsequently submitted them for discussion to the wide public
The Ministry of Transport, Construction and Regional Development of the Slovak Republic recommended the catch security system to be used on road communications We fulfil all these conditions and moreover we own further certificates.
In 2017-2018, we delivered crash barrier systems for three sections of D1 highway in the total length of 40km and bridge crash barrier systems in the total length of 54km.
In 2007 - 2009 we supplied crash barriers for 10 sections of the then newly built D1 motorway. One of them was the sixteen-kilometre motorway section Važec - Mengusovce. See what intercepting security systems we installed there.
In 2015 we implemented a project to increase traffic safety on expressway R1 on the section from Trnava to Nitra. We assembled in total 120 km of Kremsbarier 2 crash barriers.
In 2009 we supplied Kremsbarier 1 security crash barriers for the newly built motorway D1 in section Jabloňov - Studene. In total 17 km of crash barriers were supplied.
Barriers are produced on a profile line from steel bank by punching, moulding and dividing to the required length. Columns have a special shape, which is produced by the same technology. Other parts of the crash barrier system are produced by cutting, punching and bending on presses. All construction parts of the catch system are hot dip galvanised in line with EN ISO 1461.
